Job Description

<p>We are hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager for our Dubai, UAE office to strengthen our HR capabilities. Your expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, Team Management, ATS will improve talent management processes.</p>

You'll participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives while following agile methodologies. Your technical expertise will guide decision-making and influence product direction.</p>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 years of experience in similar senior-level roles</li>
<li>Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members</li>
<li>5-8 years of progressive professional experience</li>
<li>Solid experience using Talent Acquisition to deliver business value</li>
<li>Professional experience implementing solutions with Recruitment Strategy</li>
<li>Proven ability to leverage Team Management effectively in projects</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in ATS with hands-on project experience</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of Employer Branding and related best practices</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships</li>
<li>Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and take initiative</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to executives and leadership team</li>
<li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel</li>
<li>Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports</li>
<li>Organize and maintain files and records systematically</li>
<li>Coordinate office operations and facility management</li>
<li>Process expense reports and manage budgets</li>
<li>Serve as liaison between departments and external contacts</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with discretion</li>
</ul>
