When you choose to sign in or register using Google OAuth, we receive limited information from your Google account with your consent. This provides a convenient way to access WUZZUFNY without creating a separate password.

We DO NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

We only share your information in these limited circumstances:

With Other Platform Users: Your public profile information (name, bio, skills, ratings) is visible to other users. Your contact information is only shared when you engage in job applications, projects, or orders.
With Service Providers: Trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform (email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
For Legal Reasons: When required by law, court order, or government request; to protect our rights and safety; or to prevent fraud and abuse.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

WUZZUFNY operates across the Gulf region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses and other legally approved mechanisms to protect your information.

Our platform is NOT intended for children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@wuzzufny.com and we will delete such information.
