Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong proficiency in Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience with project management and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions using Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Relations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
