Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly room attendant to join our hospitality team in order to provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. Candidates must currently live in Dubai or be willing to relocate/ work in Dubai.
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping or guest service experience
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
• Flexible to work various shifts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina and mobility
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Professional, polite, and detail-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
• Greet guests and respond to requests
• Make beds and change bed linens
• Replace towels and bathroom amenities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust rooms
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste
• Restock minibar items and room supplies
• Report maintenance and technical issues
• Update room status records
• Maintain and restock cleaning equipment and carts
• Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
