Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS
- Working knowledge of Sourcing, Interviewing, Screening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
