Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. Candidates must currently live in Dubai or be willing to relocate/ work in Dubai.
Requirements
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Team player with a positive and helpful attitude

Responsibilities
• Greet and assist clients and visitors
• Direct visitors and announce appointments
• Manage visitor logs and office security procedures
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Prepare meeting and training rooms
• Handle mail, copying, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Assist colleagues with daily office operations
• Coordinate travel arrangements when required
• Support and guide junior administrative staff
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service and front-desk support
