• Decorate pastries and desserts professionally
• Handle custom orders for special events and occasions
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Order ingredients and equipment as needed
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Control food costs and minimize waste
• Deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction
