Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee all duties performed by our housekeeping staff. The housekeeping supervisor’s responsibilities include assigning tasks to the housekeeping staff, identifying and reporting cases of tardiness, and monitoring cleaning supplies. You should also inform management of any equipment or furniture in need of repair or replacement and ensure that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Housekeeping or Hospitality Experience
• Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations and Procedures

• Schedule staff shifts and arrange replacements when needed
• Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping issues
• Train and supervise housekeeping team members
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies
• Issue cleaning equipment and materials to staff
• Assist with recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff recommendations
• Support housekeeping operations during staff shortages
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports
• Promote excellent guest service and team performance
