The laundry attendant's responsibilities include cleaning, pressing, and folding clothes and other textile articles. You should also be able to keep a record of which items belong to whom. • Perform minor sewing and garment repairs
• Label and track guest and staff laundry items
• Monitor inventory of detergents and laundry supplies
• Report equipment maintenance and repair needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure sufficient laundry supplies and operational readiness
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
