Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience leading complex projects and initiatives
- Professional experience implementing solutions with HR Strategy
- Proven ability to leverage Business Partnering effectively in projects
- Strong proficiency in Employee Relations with hands-on project experience
- Expert knowledge of Performance Management and related best practices
- Demonstrated experience working with Change Management in production environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth integration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits questions
- Support performance management processes and reviews
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
