Job Description

<p>An opportunity exists for a HR Business Partner in Abu Dhabi, UAE to shape our people strategy. Working with HR Strategy, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Performance Management, you'll develop programs that engage and motivate employees.</p>

<p>You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities include writing efficient code, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability. You'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to our technical knowledge base.</p>

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects and initiatives
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with HR Strategy
  • Proven ability to leverage Business Partnering effectively in projects
  • Strong proficiency in Employee Relations with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Performance Management and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with Change Management in production environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
  • Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits questions
  • Support performance management processes and reviews
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
