Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with HRBP, Employee Relations, Organizational Development
- Working knowledge of HR Analytics, Change Management, Coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
