Requirements

✅ Required Qualifications:

📚 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications

💻 Technical Skills:
- Relevant technical skills for the role
- Experience with modern development tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Version control experience (Git)

🎯 Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Design and develop new product features from conception to launch
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
- Contribute to engineering processes and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
