Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with Customer Service
  • Proven ability to leverage Communication effectively in projects
  • Strong proficiency in CRM with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Problem Solving and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with Product Knowledge in production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking mindset
