Quality Control: Review and verify data against source documents to ensure 100% accuracy and eliminate duplicates or errors.
Record Management: Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reporting.
Reporting: Assist in generating daily or weekly data reports to help management monitor operational performance.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information, including vendor contracts and customer data, with the highest level of integrity.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure all systems reflect real-time updates (e.g., out-of-stock items or new menu launches).
Admin Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the office team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
