We are hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fully-remote role anchored to our San Francisco HQ. You will own a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers, partnering with them through onboarding, expansion, and renewal cycles.
The role spans onboarding new accounts, running quarterly business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as the customer's advocate inside our product organisation. You will work alongside account executives, product managers, and support engineers.
We value CSMs who treat customer outcomes as the core metric rather than vanity engagement, who can navigate ambiguous customer escalations gracefully, and who maintain rigorous notes and account hygiene without being told.

Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Track record managing a portfolio of 30+ mid-market accounts
- Strong stakeholder management including engagement with C-level customers
- Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
- Experience with at least one major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Background reducing churn or driving expansion is a plus
