Job Description

<p>Join our customer service team as a Call Center Agent based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You'll leverage Call Center, Customer Service, Communication, CRM to assist customers and improve their experience.</p>

<p>This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. You'll take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress regularly, and proactively identify potential roadblocks. You'll also contribute to process improvements and help establish technical standards.</p>

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships
  • Strong proficiency in Call Center with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Customer Service and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with Communication in production environments
  • Deep understanding of CRM and its practical applications
  • Advanced skills in Phone Skills with ability to solve complex problems
  • Detail-oriented approach with commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to policies
