Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Structural Design Engineer or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Structural Design, ETABS, STAAD.Pro
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Concrete Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

- Deliver high-quality work as a Structural Design Engineer, from initial scoping through production release
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
- Apply best practices in Structural Design, ETABS, STAAD.Pro to build reliable, maintainable solutions

- Document decisions, patterns, and processes so they scale beyond a single contributor
