- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar senior-level roles
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
- Solid experience using Civil Engineering to deliver business value
- Professional experience implementing solutions with AutoCAD
- Proven ability to leverage Structural Design effectively in projects
- Strong proficiency in Project Management with hands-on project experience
- Expert knowledge of Revit and related best practices
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications that work across devices and browsers
- Implement state management solutions for complex front-end applications
- Write comprehensive automated tests including unit, integration, and E2E tests
- Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate effort estimates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Ensure accessibility standards are met across all applications
- Review pull requests and maintain high code quality standards
