Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Senior Civil Engineer or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Civil Engineering, AutoCAD, Revit
- Working knowledge of Structural Design, Construction, Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience mentoring peers, running technical reviews, and shaping team practices
