Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sales Operations in production environments
  • Deep understanding of CRM Administration and its practical applications
  • Advanced skills in Sales Analytics with ability to solve complex problems
  • Solid experience using Process Improvement to deliver business value
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with Forecasting
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
