You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding local and international clients through primary residential and commercial portfolios in Egypt’s fastest-growing real estate hubs.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience within primary real estate brokerages or top-tier developers.
- Deep knowledge of master plans, infrastructure, and current pricing in New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, and the North Coast.
- Proven track record of hitting monthly sales targets and converting digital or inbound leads.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain financial models, rental yields (ROI), and payment plans to high-net-worth individuals.
- Absolute fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English to seamlessly handle local and international investors.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound digital leads generated through the CompoundGate portal into scheduled site visits and closed contracts.
- Act as a consultative market advisor, providing clear comparisons between developer track records, construction phases, and payment options.
- Match target buyer criteria with major primary market developers like Emaar Misr, Palm Hills, and SODIC.
- Conduct professional physical and virtual site tours for local buyers and overseas Egyptian expats.
- Coordinate seamlessly with real estate developers to finalize contract details, payment schedules, and reservation procedures.
- Maintain organized client profiles and detailed follow-up activity histories within the company CRM database.
