Role Overview:
Domus Flower LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our wholesale flower business in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wholesale flower sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue within the floral industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in the KSA.
• Experience with import/export flower trading is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
