Job Description

<p>We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our business development team in Manama, Bahrain. Using Sales, CRM, Cold Calling, Negotiation, you'll build relationships and exceed sales targets.</p>

<p>Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing new features, maintaining existing systems, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You'll write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough testing, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you'll document your work and share knowledge with team members.</p>

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Demonstrated experience working in professional environments
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies
  • Solid experience using Sales to deliver business value
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with CRM
  • Proven ability to leverage Cold Calling effectively in projects
  • Strong proficiency in Negotiation with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Lead Generation and related best practices
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies to grow existing customer relationships
  • Present proposals and respond to RFPs professionally
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on leads and move prospects through sales funnel
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
  • Stay informed about product updates and competitive landscape
  • Participate in sales training and professional development
