Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and member interactions.
Assist with membership renewals and retention activities.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
