Remote Senior Amazon Operations Manager (Seller Central Canada, FBA, Systems & AI) - Full-Time - Remote, Worldwide
Job Description
Pay US$800-1,400/month. Full-time remote (~40h/week), 3-4h overlap with Eastern Time. Paid 2-4 week trial at US$200/week. Verdica is a growing Amazon health and supplement brand. Apply: email careers.kanut@proton.me, subject starting AMZ-OPS-SR, with CV + 3-min video (Loom/mp4/Drive). Details below.
Requirements
- • 4+ years hands-on in Amazon Seller Central, ideally across more than one brand or account (Canada or US a plus)
- • You've owned inventory planning and FBA shipments yourself, including forecasts and capacity limits
- You've handled account health problems end to end: appeals, plans of action, reinstatements
- Solid Amazon PPC: ACoS vs TACoS, match types, negatives, campaign structure
- Strong in Google Sheets or Excel: you build the forecast or report, not just read it
- Heavy, daily use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your Amazon work, and you can show us how
- Strong written and spoken English. Working English is required.
- Reliable computer, internet and power backup
- Nice to have, not required: supplements or health products on Amazon; Amazon Canada specifically; Helium 10, Jungle Scout or Data Dive; simple automations (Zapier, Make, Apps Script); 3PL experience; Shopify or Walmart; having led or trained others.
- Please don't apply if you're looking for a part-time gig, a short project, or a second job next to another full-time one.
Responsibilities
- About Verdica: a growing health and supplement brand sold mainly on Amazon in Canada. Small team, we move fast, you'll work directly with the founder. This is a full-time, long-term remote role, not project-based or freelance.
- We want someone who runs the account like it's their own business and thinks in systems, not one-off fixes.
- Own Seller Central Canada: account health, performance notifications, policy issues, appeals, Seller Support cases
- Own inventory and FBA: build and run the reorder forecast, plan FBA shipments around capacity limits and lead times, fix inbound problems, recover reimbursements
- Own listings and Brand Registry: keep listings healthy and compliant, fix suppressed or hijacked listings, run flat file updates, brief image and A+ changes
- Run PPC day to day: Sponsored Products and Brands, negatives, bids and budgets within targets, and tell us what's working
- Manage suppliers, 3PL and freight: POs, prep, labels, shipping dates, keeping everyone on schedule
- Build systems: SOPs, trackers and AI-assisted workflows for reports, listing checks, case writing and research
- Report: a short weekly report (sales, ad spend, ACoS/TACoS, stock cover, account health, issues and next steps) and a monthly review
- Guide a junior Amazon associate
- How to apply: email careers.kanut@proton.me with the subject line starting "AMZ-OPS-SR". Include (1) your CV with the Amazon brands or accounts you've run, your role on each, roughly how many SKUs and how much monthly sales (2) one example of a system you built: a reorder forecast, weekly report, SOP or AI workflow (3) a short video of 3 minutes or less, on camera: introduce yourself, why this role interests you, and the hardest Amazon problem you solved and what you changed (Loom, mp4 or Google Drive link).
- Process: application review, 45-minute video interview, 2-4 week paid trial, full-time role. Room to grow into Head of Amazon or E-commerce.
