Remote Junior Amazon Operations Associate (Seller Central, FBA, AI) - Full-Time - Remote, Worldwide
Job Description
Pay US$600-1,000/month. Full-time remote (~40h/week), 3-4h overlap with Eastern Time. Paid 2-4 week trial at US$150/week. Verdica is a growing Amazon health and supplement brand. Apply: email careers.kanut@proton.me, subject starting AMZ-OPS-JR, with CV + 3-min video (Loom/mp4/Drive). Details below.
Requirements
- • 1-2 years in a fast-paced, high-pressure role at a well-known company (a big retailer, e-commerce company, consumer brand, bank, telco, BPO or similar; busy retail at a known brand counts), OR a degree from a strong university (current students are fine if you can work full-time hours)
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and you can show us how
- Comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel
- Good written English. Working English is required.
- Reliable computer, internet and power backup
- You don't need Amazon experience. We'll teach you Seller Central. What we need is someone who learns fast and works hard.
- Nice to have, not required: hands-on Amazon Seller Central work (FBA shipments, listings, PPC); other e-commerce (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Daraz); inventory, logistics or supply chain work; Helium 10 or Jungle Scout; a business, supply chain, IT or engineering degree.
- Please don't apply if you're looking for a part-time gig, a short project, or a second job next to another full-time one.
Responsibilities
- About Verdica: a growing health and supplement brand sold mainly on Amazon in Canada. Small team, we move fast, you'll work directly with the founder. This is a full-time, long-term remote role, not project-based or freelance.
- We care most about drive: someone hungry to learn who learns fast and doesn't give up.
- Learn Seller Central fast, then check it every day: orders, account health, notifications, and open and follow up on Seller Support cases
- Help with inventory and FBA: update the stock tracker, build FBA shipments, print labels, chase inbound problems
- Update listings: titles, bullets, keywords, images, flat file uploads, and spot suppressed listings fast
- Help with PPC: add negative keywords, pull reports, flag campaigns that are spending with no sales
- Follow up with suppliers and our warehouse on dates, labels and shipments
- Use AI tools to draft cases, check listings, clean up data and speed up your own work
- Report: a short weekly update on what you did, the numbers, and what you'll try next
- How to apply: email careers.kanut@proton.me with the subject line starting "AMZ-OPS-JR". Include (1) your CV with your university and every job (company, role, dates) (2) a short video of 3 minutes or less, on camera: introduce yourself, why this role interests you, something hard you taught yourself recently, and how you use AI (Loom, mp4 or Google Drive link) (3) if you have one, a tracker, checklist or report you made.
- Process: application review, 30-minute video interview, 2-4 week paid trial, full-time role. Clear path to Amazon Operations Manager.
