Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a MEP Coordinator or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with MEP, BIM, Revit
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, Coordination, Construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work as a MEP Coordinator, from initial scoping through production release
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
- Apply best practices in MEP, BIM, Revit to build reliable, maintainable solutions
- Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve team standards
- Document decisions, patterns, and processes so they scale beyond a single contributor
