Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Laboratory Techniques, Sample Analysis, Microscopy
- Working knowledge of ISO 15189, Quality Control, LIMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work as a Medical Laboratory Technician, from initial scoping through production release
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
- Apply best practices in Laboratory Techniques, Sample Analysis, Microscopy to build reliable, maintainable solutions
- Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve team standards
