Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or in a directly related role
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with Laboratory Techniques, Sample Analysis, Microscopy
  • Working knowledge of ISO 15189, Quality Control, LIMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality work as a Medical Laboratory Technician, from initial scoping through production release
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
  • Apply best practices in Laboratory Techniques, Sample Analysis, Microscopy to build reliable, maintainable solutions
  • Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve team standards
  • Document decisions, patterns, and processes so they scale beyond a single contributor
  • Monitor outcomes, learn from incidents, and drive iterative improvements
