We are seeking a skilled IVR developer with proven experience in designing , building, and maintaining automated telephony systems, creating voice-driven applications for self-service on telephony platforms (Genesys, Avaya), scripting languages, and backend APIs to optimize call flows.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years experience in developing IVR systems .
- Design & Development: Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and VoiceXML (VXML) applications.
- System Integration: Integrate IVR systems with backend CRM databases, web services, and APIs.
- Platform Maintenance: Configure and maintain platforms like Genesys Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom , Cisco or Twilio.
- Telephony Protocols: Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP.
- Database: Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies.
- Troubleshooting: Debug call flow issues and monitor system performance for complex environments.
