We are looking for a highly accurate and fast Virtual Assistant specializing in typing, transcription, and data entry. This is a fully remote position, ideal for detail-oriented individuals who excel at precise text handling and can efficiently deliver error-free work. Main responsibilities:
• Accurately copy and type text from PDFs, scanned documents, images, handwritten notes, or other sources into Word, Google Docs, Excel, or other specified formats.
• Transcribe content while preserving original formatting (fonts, bold/italics, bullets, tables, headings).
• Enter data into spreadsheets or databases (e.g., lists, contacts, product details, financial records) with 100% accuracy.
• Convert PDFs or scanned images into editable text (handwriting is preferred for greater accuracy; use basic OCR only if instructed).
• Proofread all typed work to eliminate typos, omissions, or formatting errors. • Organize and name files consistently across cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
• Manage repetitive, high-volume typing tasks quickly while maintaining quality.
