• Previous experience in immigration, education consulting, travel, banking, insurance, real estate, or telesales will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, Europe, including Work Visas, Permanent Residency (PR), Study Visas, Temporary Visas, and Investment Programs, will be highly preferred.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to immigration, study abroad, work permits, permanent residency (PR), investment migration, and temporary visa programs.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and assess their eligibility for various immigration pathways.
• Explain immigration programs, visa processes, documentation requirements, and service offerings clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations for Canada, Australia, Europe, and other key destinations.
• Collaborate with the processing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Handle objections effectively and negotiate confidently to close sales.
