- Strong hands-on proficiency with Construction Management, Primavera P6, MS Project
- Working knowledge of Cost Estimation, Safety, Contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience mentoring peers, running technical reviews, and shaping team practices
