Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads across the UAE market.
* Reach out to HR leaders, business owners, insurance companies, and corporate decision-makers.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales leadership team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
* Present MantraCare's wellness, EAP, and healthcare solutions to organizations.
* Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
* Follow up on proposals and drive deal closures.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the UAE region.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
* 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, or Corporate Sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Experience working with international clients is preferred.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
