Job Description

<p>Join our sales organization as a Business Development Manager based in Manama, Bahrain. You'll leverage Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Market Analysis to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into customers.</p>

<p>This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. You'll take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress regularly, and proactively identify potential roadblocks. You'll also contribute to process improvements and help establish technical standards.</p>

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar senior-level roles
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with Business Development
  • Proven ability to leverage Strategic Partnerships effectively in projects
  • Strong proficiency in Sales with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Market Analysis and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with Negotiation in production environments
  • Detail-oriented approach with commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and social
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for sales team
  • Maintain high activity levels to achieve sales objectives
