You are the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities. Your responsibility is to engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, qualify their potential, and ensure every qualified prospect is efficiently moved into the sales pipeline. This is not a customer support role.

About you
• Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects
• Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and processes

• Escalate high-priority leads requiring immediate attention
• Schedule discovery calls, consultations, and follow-up meetings with qualified prospects
• Coordinate calendars to maximize appointment availability
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through timely reminders
• Maintain accurate lead records throughout the sales pipeline and update lead status, notes, follow-up dates, and qualification outcomes
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who require additional touchpoints
