Rich Wings is a growing food manufacturing, sales & distribution business serving the GCC. We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, market development, retail growth, logistics, distribution, and sustainable sales growth across the UAE market and expansion.
المتطلبات
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Trading, or Food Distribution.
• Experience and/or established relationships within the UAE food distribution and wholesale market is highly preferred.
• Good product knowledge across flour, starch, glucose, fructose, processed fruits & vegetables, olives, pickles, grains, pulses, and commodities.
• Good understanding of the food supply chain, logistics, distribution, and inventory.
• Proven ability to develop new business, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
• UAE residency, valid UAE driving license, and own car.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• A self-starter with a hands-on, field-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop new customer relationships and expand the company’s customer base across the UAE.
• Visit and manage customers across Industrial B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail, and HORECA channels.
• Promote the company’s products and identify new sales opportunities across different product categories and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and collections.
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
