Job Summary
A holding company operating in the petroleum transportation sector is seeking a Transportation & Fleet Coordinator with experience in fleet operations, driver coordination, and customer follow-up. The role strongly focuses on payment collection and ensuring outstanding balances are collected on time. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily movement of trucks and petroleum tankers.
Communicate with drivers and supervisors to ensure timely trip execution.
Follow up on transport orders, delivery documents, and invoices.
Coordinate with clients regarding deliveries and payment collection.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Prepare daily operational and collection reports for management.
Resolve transportation and operational issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
Coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoices and payments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or petroleum trucking operations.
Strong background in payment collection and customer follow-up.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
