Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Documentation Writer to create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and knowledge base articles for our software products. You will bridge the gap between engineering teams and end users.
Requirements
• 2+ years of technical writing experience
• Ability to understand and document APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, GitBook, Notion)
• Familiarity with Markdown and version control (Git)
• Strong English writing skills
• Background in software development is a plus

Responsibilities
• Write and maintain API reference documentation
• Create step-by-step user guides and tutorials
• Build and organize knowledge base articles
• Review and update documentation with each product release
• Work closely with developers and product managers
• Ensure documentation follows style guidelines
