Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience leading complex projects and initiatives
- Solid experience using Tax Management to deliver business value
- Professional experience implementing solutions with Tax Compliance
- Proven ability to leverage Tax Planning effectively in projects
- Strong proficiency in Team Management with hands-on project experience
- Expert knowledge of Audit and related best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations
