Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Tax Manager or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax
- Working knowledge of Compliance, Team Leadership, IFRS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience mentoring peers, running technical reviews, and shaping team practices
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work as a Tax Manager, from initial scoping through production release
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
- Apply best practices in Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax to build reliable, maintainable solutions
- Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve team standards
- Document decisions, patterns, and processes so they scale beyond a single contributor
