- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (Python) or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Python, Django, FastAPI
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
