- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar senior-level roles
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Accounting and related best practices
- Demonstrated experience working with Financial Reporting in production environments
- Deep understanding of General Ledger and its practical applications
- Advanced skills in Tax Compliance with ability to solve complex problems
- Solid experience using Audit to deliver business value
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
