Job description:
Ingredients Online is a fast-growing B2B e-commerce marketplace connecting global buyers and sellers of raw ingredients across dietary supplements, food & beverage, animal nutrition, and personal care industries. We are expanding our supplier network and looking for a results-driven, to support seller acquisition, onboarding, and account growth.
The role focused on driving supplier acquisition and seller success on our platform. You will be responsible for identifying qualified sellers, managing outreach, supporting onboarding, and contributing to the growth and engagement of our seller network.
Scope of Work
• Identify and recruit qualified suppliers through research, prospecting, and outreach aligned with target criteria (ICP)
• Conduct outreach activities (email, calls, follow-ups) and track engagement
• Onboard and activate new seller accounts, ensuring timely completion
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve any issues during activation
• Manage and grow existing seller accounts through engagement and relationship-building
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and seller referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), including pipeline updates and activity logs
• Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports (bi-weekly and monthly)
• Track seller progression, onboarding metrics, and overall performance against targets

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and full-cycle sales or onboarding
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, results-driven environment
