Job Description

StrongBody HR Freelancer is responsible for identifying and connecting qualified professionals to join the StrongBody platform.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively leveraging personal networks, recruitment resources, and professional communities across various industries.
Introducing candidates to StrongBody’s Digital Profile Shop ecosystem.
Providing essential information such as job descriptions, FAQ materials, and guidance on setting up a Digital Profile Shop.
Highlighting the key benefits of joining the platform, including:
Access to international clients
AI-powered voice translation technology
Opportunities to increase income as an independent expert
Supporting candidates in completing account registration, building professional profiles, and activating membership plans to start offering services.
Assisting experts during the onboarding process to help them understand how the platform works, with additional technical guidance and support provided by the StrongBody internal team.

Responsibilities

Strong communication and networking skills
Having an existing network or recruitment resources is an advantage
Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset

Ability to guide and support candidates during the onboarding process
Good time management and independent working skills
English communication skills are a plus, but not mandatory
