Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Quality Control Engineer or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Quality Control, ISO 9001, Inspection
- Working knowledge of Testing, QA/QC, Six Sigma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

- Deliver high-quality work as a Quality Control Engineer, from initial scoping through production release
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to define requirements
- Apply best practices in Quality Control, ISO 9001, Inspection to build reliable, maintainable solutions
- Participate in reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve team standards
- Document decisions, patterns, and processes so they scale beyond a single contributor
- Monitor outcomes, learn from incidents, and drive iterative improvements
