Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager (IT) or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Project Management, Agile, Scrum
- Working knowledge of JIRA, MS Project, Stakeholder Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience mentoring peers, running technical reviews, and shaping team practices
