We are hiring a PPC Manager with deep Meta Ads experience to own our paid-social budget out of London. You will be responsible for full-funnel campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including creative testing strategy, audience design, and attribution.
The role spans roughly £150K of monthly Meta spend across acquisition and retention objectives. You will work alongside our designer on creative production, our analytics team on attribution model decisions, and our brand team on campaign positioning.
We value paid-social managers who treat creative as the dominant performance lever, who run disciplined incrementality tests, and who can articulate why a campaign worked rather than just whether it did.

Requirements
- 3+ years of paid-social experience with Meta Ads at scale
- Production experience with budgets above £50K per month
- Strong understanding of Meta's measurement and attribution stack
- Hands-on with Conversions API and server-side tracking
- Disciplined A/B and incrementality test design
- Working knowledge of TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own monthly Meta Ads budget allocation across the funnel
