Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry department. The ideal candidate will supervise laundry staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality, maintain laundry equipment, and ensure efficient processing of hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments while following company policies and hygiene standards.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of commercial laundry operations and equipment
• Understanding of fabric care and stain removal techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and garments
• Maintain quality standards for all laundry items
• Monitor laundry supplies and inventory levels
• Inspect laundry equipment and report maintenance issues
• Train and guide laundry staff on procedures and safety
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Handle guest and departmental laundry requests
• Prepare daily reports and maintain laundry records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Ensure timely completion of all laundry services
