Requirements

• 0-1 year of IT support experience or relevant certification
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets within SLA
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Set up workstations and peripherals for new hires
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
• Maintain IT asset inventory records
