Job Description
Looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and maintain our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
